My fees are transparent and detailed on the Fee Schedule page. I offer many services for a fixed fee to eliminate surprises and help you budget around your individual needs. Many attorneys practice under a billable hour model and so do I – when it makes sense. This depends on the complexity of your case and the issues involved. In those cases I will give you an estimate of the range of costs that may be involved, then bill you on an hourly basis.
